Your business is registered โ but your employees can each sign up individually as reporting members. The breakroom flyer in your packet makes this easy.

Registered Business That's you
Your business is on record with KIAA and connected to your District Captain. You receive the Member Packet. Your business name and contact info is kept within the admin system โ it is not displayed publicly.

Reporting Member Staff signup
Individual employees who sign up via the QR code in your breakroom. They do not receive a packet โ that belongs to the business. Their name is collected for verification but is never shown publicly. Once approved, they earn a โ verified badge on any incident reports they submit.
